Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. Delivery options are provided through Bob Go. Available courier services, charges and estimated delivery times are calculated for your address and displayed at checkout before you pay.

The available service and final charge appear before you pay. Remote-area delivery may take longer; we will contact you if your address needs a different arrangement.

Beyond South Africa

International checkout is currently unavailable while product and courier acceptance are confirmed. Before ordering, write to hello@kwa-liyema.co.za with your country and postal code. International delivery is subject to acceptance of the products and destination by the courier. If a suitable service is available, we will confirm the charge, delivery estimate and applicable duties or taxes before payment.

From our hands to yours

Once your order is dispatched, we email your tracking details. The fragrance travels in its presentation box inside a protective outer carton. If the parcel arrives damaged, keep the packaging, photograph it and contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve it quickly.
