Because fragrance is an intimate, sensory, and hygienic product, our return policy is designed to protect the purity of our compositions and the health of our clients.

7-Day Return Window: In accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act, you may return any product within 7 days of receipt, provided it is unopened, unused, and sealed in its original cellophane wrapping.

Process: To initiate a return, please contact our concierge at orders@kwa-liyema.co.za. Once your return is authorized, we will provide instructions for the courier. Return shipping costs are for the client’s account unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on fragrances that have been opened, sprayed, or where the tamper-proof seal has been broken. We recommend our Discovery Set to experience the collection before committing to a full-size bottle.

Damages: Should your parcel arrive damaged, please notify us at orders@kwa-liyema.co.za within 24 hours with photographic evidence of the outer packaging and the product.
